Best Financial Education Strategy

  • How have you supported your workforce financial literacy through a financial education or engagement programme?
  • Entries can be for either a one-off event or prolonged campaign related to any aspect of financial education
  • Did you focus on one section of the workforce or was your initiative company-wide?

This is open to consultants and intermediaries in all areas of workplace savings and benefits

This is open to pension consultants and intermediaries.

This is open to providers in all areas of workplace savings and benefits.

  • What new innovations have you introduced/developed over the past year and how has it / will it help clients and fulfil their needs?
  • Innovations entered in this category could include new products, services, strategies or initiatives.
  • All innovations should have been launched/developed in the 12 months to 31 January 2024 or have been largely worked on in that period (innovations launched just after 31 January 2024 will be considered if the bulk of the development was done in the year being judged).


Benefit Communications Initiative of the Year

This category is open all providers, consultants and other intermediaries in the workplace savings and benefits arena.

  • What new communications innovation or service did you introduce over the last year that has had a significant effect on your clients? How did it support employers and their employees?
  • Entries can be for either a one-off event or prolonged campaign related to any elements of workplace savings and benefits.

This category is open all providers, consultants and other intermediaries in the workplace savings and benefits arena.

Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Award

This category is open to all providers, consultants and other intermediaries in the workplace savings and benefits arena and aims to reward those firms that best promote diversity and inclusion within their own workforce as well as those who have contributed to industry-wide initiatives in this area. Judges will, in particular, look at initiatives launched and conducted during the year to 31 January 2024?
